Terms of service

All stock and prices are subject to availability.

All prices are in UK Pounds sterling by default.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 14 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Perfume Parlour reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

If EPL has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used, postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

Orders not recieved, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.

Due to the nature of our products and perfumes and for hygiene reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

It is the customer's responsibility to check what the taxes/duties are in their country, EPL has no knowledge of worldwide taxes and implications, hence cannot be held responsible for any charges. 

Any references to products, brands, names, trademarks, logos, or labelling belonging to other companies throughout the Elijah’s Perfume Lab (EPL) website are provided solely as a reference for fragrance comparison and identification purposes. They are intended to help customers understand the general scent profile or character of an EPL product.

Under no circumstances should any EPL product be mistaken for, or considered to be, a product of another brand or manufacturer.

All names, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs and copyrights referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners, manufacturers and/or designers. EPL does not claim ownership of, nor any rights in, such third-party intellectual property.

EPL products are independently produced and marketed and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or connected with any of the companies, manufacturers, designers or brands whose products may be referenced for comparison.

Any comparison is made solely to communicate the general olfactory character or fragrance styleof an EPL product and should not be interpreted as suggesting that the EPL product is identical to, a replica of, or manufactured by the referenced brand.

EPL is committed to complying with the Trade Marks Act 1994, applicable UK intellectual property laws, and relevant UK requirements concerning comparative advertising and marketing communications.
