Shipping policy

All orders are sent within a few days from our HQ, as a lot of the products need attention to detail and are hand made. Then allow 3-4 working days for all UK orders, and 6-11 working days for all International orders. If it’s a special occasion, please use our express option. We are having some trouble sending spray products to the US and a few other countries, please do contact us for up to date information.

We use global shipping brands such as Royal Mail, UPS, DPD. we do not accept responsibility for anything that happens after an order has been handed over for shipment, and are not to be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
